Editors' ReviewDownload.com staffAugust 24, 2015Though this program has more options than Notepad, its design is a bit outdated and clunky. With TabPad you can create as many pages as you want and assign each a name. As the name suggests, pages are organized into tabs so you can easily move among them. In addition to Notepad's standard array of formatting options, you'll find options to change case, add bullets, and choose font color as well as size and style. You can export all pages into a CSV file with no more than four fields, or open a single page in your designated word processor and save it, but you can't select a single page to export. The program automatically saves your work, so don't be alarmed by the lack of a Save button. TabPad offers a 21-day trial, which should be adequate time for any user to see if this text editor's capabilities are worth the price.
