Editors' ReviewDownload.com staffAugust 28, 2015So you've written the most brilliant software program on Earth. Before you release it on disc, you'll still need to create an elegant menu to help users navigate through your CD or DVD. CDMenuPro helps with this job, allowing its users to design autorun menus quickly by simply dragging and dropping elements such as text, buttons, built-in video clips, and even pop-up menus. It helps create icons for CDs from BMP files, and can create splash screens from AVI files. A project can be tested in a virtual drive before being burned to disc, and an extensive menu helps guard against confusion by guiding users through the process. In addition, an outstanding set of 49 "training cards" provides easy-to-follow instructions and examples for the most important features. CDMenuPro isn't well-suited for creating multilevel menus or enabling navigation between menus, but as a narrowly targeted tool, we feel it could be very useful for software publishers and developers.
