Best of all, this version of the program makes it easy to set up a network so that the same database can be shared between multiple computers.Vehicle Manager Fleet has a well-designed, intuitive interface, with large graphic buttons that represent its main features. We found it quite easy to add new vehicles and personnel, schedule maintenance, record fuel usage, and manage our inventory of parts. The program is very easy to navigate, and even users who aren't particularly computer savvy should be able to catch on quickly. Despite its simplicity, the program has plenty of features, and we especially liked its report feature; this allows users to run 17 different reports, showing everything from fuel log details to service reminders. The thing that sets this edition of Vehicle Manager Fleet apart from the others, however, is its networking capabilities; it's surprisingly easy to set up a server and link other computers to the Vehicle Manager Fleet database, provided your computers are already networked. The program's built-in Help file is well-written and thorough, and we were especially pleased that it provided good instructions for network setup. Overall, we think that Vehicle Manager Fleet Network Edition is a great choice for users who need to give multiple people access to the fleet management database.Vehicle Manager Fleet Network Edition installs and uninstalls without issues.
