Any file that's ready to print also can be converted into a PDF file in an instant. During our tests, we were able to convert documents with little fuss. A few documents, however, weren't perfect, as we discovered some background images had shifted. DocuCom PDF Gold is similar to Adobe Acrobat in that its interface is well-organized and easy to use. Also, the program offers a convenient option of converting or merging documents straight from the Windows Explorer window--you don't even have to open the program.
