Developer's DescriptionBy TealPoint Softwaretext-recognition applicationThis is an early experimental text-recognition application that may or may not develop into a full product. It has some partial functionality in being able to capture some text from a Palm camera (a placeholder test image is used if no camera can be found), automatically clean up and correct image alignment, detect text lines, and processes the image (slowly) to detect (with errors) some text.With lots of tweaking and optimization it might be made useful, but existing processors might still be too slow to rival manually entering the same text. For now we're posting it as a curiosity.
