This allows you to Cleanup, Re-Purpose, Translate, or Discover Content in Microsoft Excel files and solutions that you have already created. PhraseSwapper uses three steps to transform your files. The first step acquires all text and merges it into a list. The second step allows you to create one or more listings of alternate phrases. The final step exchanges the originals with the alternates. This utility searches all of the places that text can be found while ignoring pure numerical results and constants. You may also select other conditions and locations to ignore. Phrases are acquired and swapped from cells, formulas, comments, drawing shapes, charts, conditional formats, data validation, tab names and print headers/footers. By design, PhraseSwapper will not examine any dialogs, macros or VBA code attached to the project. PhraseSwapper respects the protections in place for protected projects, worksheets and workbooks.
